My Toyota Celica
I sold my first Land Rover a short wheelbase, thinking I would look for a long wheelbase Safari, but there was not a lot about and they were quite expensive. The Toyota was going for a bargain price at a local garage and I just had to have it.
The father of a friend of mine had bought a Celica a few months before and I liked it straight away, but I didn't realise I would have one.
But the thought was there!!
The garage I bought it from had told me it had been bumped and suggested I contact the previous owner. It was only 6 months old, so I contacted the first owner. He said that the garage he first bought it from had bumped the back end when it was in for a service and not told him. They had done a really good job of the repair but he wanted a new one.
